You use the Platform and advisor services entirely at your own risk. PsychicChatApp.com is not liable for any outcomes, decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of the Platform or reliance on information provided by advisors. This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses or gains
• Relationship decisions or outcomes
• Career or business decisions
• Health-related decisions
• Legal matters or disputes
• Emotional or psychological impacts

5. Off-Platform Communication Policy

Engaging in off-platform communication with advisors will result in a permanent ban from the Platform. This policy protects both clients and advisors and ensures all interactions are monitored for quality and safety.

If an advisor requests or encourages off-platform communication, please report this immediately to our support team at support@psychicchatapp.com.

6. Monitoring and Recording

Some calls and/or chats may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. By using the Platform, you consent to such monitoring and recording. These recordings may be used to:

• Ensure advisor quality and professionalism
• Train and improve advisor performance
• Resolve disputes between clients and advisors
• Investigate violations of these Terms
• Comply with legal obligations

7. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

8. Payment and Billing

Services on the Platform are provided on a pay-per-minute or package basis. You agree to:

• Solicit personal information from advisors or other users
• Engage in any fraudulent activity
• Communicate with advisors outside the Platform

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward advisors or staff
• Off-platform communication with advisors
• Chargebacks or payment disputes

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any unused credits or packages will be forfeited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PsychicChatApp.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Limitation of Liability
